How to Host Meetings in TeamViewer

Open the TeamViewer application, and Click on the meetings option, which is on the left menu. Then, you will find the Host Meeting option. Under the Host Meeting option, you will find two options as Start and Scheduler.

Start – This option is to start the meetings immediately. A new window will pop-up with a meeting screen with a lot of options. The participant’s list will be displayed on the right side of the window. You can also share your screen by clicking on the share screen option. Adding new participants and end meeting options are available on the right bottom of the window.

Scheduler – This option is to arrange and Schedule upcoming meetings. After clicking on the scheduler option in the Meeting section, a new window called My Meetings will be opened. To schedule a meeting, click on New Meeting. Then, a dialogue box will open. Enter and save the details like Subject, start time, End time, and password.

How to Join Meetings in TeamViewer

To join meetings in the TeamViewer, we need meeting ID and Password. Click on the meetings options, and enter the meeting ID on the dialogue box under the join meeting section. The Meeting ID looks like m051-611-88. Then, Click on Join.

How to Uninstall TeamViewer completely

Open Control Panel, and click on Uninstall a Program option.(Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features).

Right click on the TeamViewer application, and click on “Uninstall”.

Then, a dialogue box will open which asks to confirm the uninstallation process by clicking on the uninstall option. If you want to uninstall TeamViewer completely, check-in the dialogue box, or else uncheck it.

After clicking on uninstall, it takes some time to complete the uninstallation process. After completion, you will get a notification as completed. Click on Close and That’s it, TeamViewer will be removed completely from your computer.
