STEP-1: Download Gihosoft free android data recovery tool to your computer from the official site and install it following the installation wizard.
STEP-2: After the completion of installation process, launch the application.
STEP-3: Check-in the WhatsApp check box from the available list. Then, click on “Next”.
STEP-4: Then it asks you to connect your Android device to the computer using a USB cable.
STEP-5: To make your Android device visible, you need to enable USB debugging. Here are the steps to enable USB debugging.
- Firstly, go to settings and search for developer options. If you didn’t find it, Tap 6 times on the build number available in About Phone. Then the developer options will be enabled.
