Want to Transfer files from android to PC. Here I am going to show you possible methods to Transfer files from android to PC using USB cable and wireless. When you don’t want to USB cable, then you can directly move to second step.
1.transferring files from android to pc Using USB cable
If you use USB cable, you will get maximum speed. Because always cable connection is faster than wireless connection. No other method beats its speed. I have transferred 700MB movie file within 35 seconds. Of course speed my increase or decrease depends on your computer and mobile configuration.
When you connect Android mobile to PC with USB cable, you will see a notification. Open the notification. Make sure you have selected “MTP(Media Transfer or File Transfer)” shows that in above screenshot. You will see your mobile name as removable device in PC shows that in below screenshot.
You can see your phone memory and card memory. Open any folder. Copy any file and paste in your PC folder. When you don’t like to use cable, then move to next method.
2.Transfer files from android to PC using ShareIt
SHAREit is an android app which uses WiFi for transferring files. It sent same 700 MB movie file within 3 minutes. Of course it is slow compare to USB cable, but it is an amazing speed with wireless connection. You can easily send your files, apps and every thing from your mobile to another mobile.
In order to use SHAREit you need to install SHAREit app on android phone and download SHAREit in your PC from http://shareit.lenovo.com/. I have already written articles about using SHAREit in mobile and PC. For complete details,

Select any file in your android. Select share. Select SHAREit app. Open SHAREit application in PC and click “Receive”.
Note:- If you use laptop you can easily transfer files using this app. When you use desktop, you must have WiFi LAN card or WiFi adapter to use this method.
It is an old technique. It is very slow compare to WiFi. You can use Bluetooth to send small files. Don’t use Bluetooth to send large files like 700MB file.
Go to settings in your mobile. Go to Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth. Check “Visible to All nearby devices”.
Now open any file in your mobile to send. Select “Share”. Select “Bluetooth” option. It will show your near by device. Select that device name. It will send file.
4.Using Google Drive
You can use Google Drive or Dropbox to transfer files from android to PC. Of course, speed depends on your internet speed. But it is very convenient way to transfer files.
Google Drive provides 15GB of free space. You can use this space to store your files and access from any device. You need to install Google drive app in android phone and you need to download Google drive application in PC. I have earlier written article about using Google drive in android and PC.
